A practical 30-day return process for eligible avenlixia items.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty tools that show signs of use, residue, wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging may not be eligible for return.
Items returned without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, gift cards, final sale items, and items not in returnable condition may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
